The Educational Television Commission as the controlling body for the Educational Television (ETV) Network is responsible for the disbursement of funds. The journals in this series document this action. The journals offer information on the growth and expansion of the Educational Television Network during its most active growth period. Entries of cash disbursements, encumbrances, balance sheets, statements of financial activity, income statements, and budget sheets record the handling of funds from private individuals, state government, the federal government, and the Special Education Trust Fund. Records in Budget Correspondence (schedule SX-20-3) supplement the data provided in these journals.
